For the last two months we have been wokring in our next vacation, Gloria, Cristina and myself are going to Spain and a cruise in the western mediterranean, we have the ship already booked and some hotels in Madrid and Barcelona , we are still working in the last 5 days of the vacations, still a little confused in what to do. Hopefully we will be finished with the preparations within the next couple of weeks. I am realy behind in posting the latest photos of the family, no doubt the years counted.

TIME IS RUNNING AND IT IS TIME TO USE IT FOR OTHER ACTIVITIES

Tonight at 7:00 pm, the whole family will gather at La Rosa Restaurant, to celebrate the 25th birthday of our grandson. He is spending several days in Miami and we are really happy for that.HAPPY BIRTHDAY ARTU!  

As you probably know, the Miami branch of the Csonka family is getting ready to go to California. Aba and Abu are more than ready to follow them and will try to help Gloria and Paul taking care of our little Alexa during her West Coast vacation. We already have our room reserved in a hotel about 3 minutes from where the Csonkas are staying. With God's help, we are planning to have a wonderful time in the company of our beloved family. In addition to Dysneyland, Gloria is working in other activites. We will be out there from March 27 to April the 3rd.In another subject, last night we spent sometime with Alexa while she was eating "picadillo", she was so happy, smiling all the time and playing with me, I had a fantastic time, also you can see some new beatiful photos of her by accesing : "Alexa March 4, 2007".

The Cheese Cake Factory was our latest chosen restaurant for our weekly dinner reunion. This week we had the company of Yoyi (Mistress of the Armand's Tribe) and our dear Cristy, we missed our Katie, she should start keeping the Wednesday in her calendar for us. We had a lively conversation several subjects were touched but the main subject was Gloria Elena's pregnancy, we are all anxious waiting the arrival of Alexa, we all agreed that this will happen not later that the end of next week. Also Cristy brought "el Flaco" to our table, he was celebrating his 3rd Wedding Anniversary, CONGRATULATIONS , el Flaco is dear member of Cristy and Abu's working family.As usual the food was plenty and excellent, the bread flew like a jet (too much really...). A very nice place to go. No more for today, we will keep you posted in reference to Gloria Elena and maybe some news about Cristy.

Yesterday April 9th, my dear daughter Yoyita, Aba and the Cubancheff, went to the "Signature Gardens", to celebrate the retirement of o­ne of the teachers from Sweetwater Elementary School, where Aba worked and Yoyita  works. Mrs Jones the retiring teacher is a lady who deserves all the love shown to her  by  family and fellow teachers. She received commendations from the Miami-Dade County, the State of Florida and the Miami-Dade School Board as well as many gifts from her friends. We the Cubancheff's family wishes Mrs. Jones a long life full of health and  love. In his professional opinion the Cubancheff found the food  excellent. 

This April 7 like every Wednesday, Aba and cubancheff went to have dinner with Gloria Elena and Paul, of our grandchildren. We went to "Longhorn" a stake restaurant located in the Doral area of Miami, the food was pretty good and we had a very good time. Gloria Elena is expecting within the next couple of weeks, God willing, our first greatgranddaughter (Alexa) .
